1. Acceptance

By using CallMeDaily, including voice calls with Maya, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the call feature.

2. AI tutors — not real people

Maya is your AI language tutor (Kevin is available for EN/ES/FR) powered by Anthropic Claude. They are not real people. Conversations are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors in grammar, vocabulary, or cultural context.

3. AI limitations

AI responses can be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify important language questions with a qualified teacher or trusted reference. Do not rely on CallMeDaily for medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other personal advice. The app is for language learning only.

4. Your privacy during calls

Do not share passwords, bank details, government ID numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal data during calls. We cannot guarantee the security of information you choose to share with the AI tutors.

5. Voice and data processing

Your voice is processed to enable real-time conversations (speech-to-text and text-to-speech via third-party providers including Soniox and Anthropic). Conversation data is used to provide and improve the learning experience. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Eligibility

CallMeDaily is intended for users aged 13 and above. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement.

7. Account and acceptable use

• Use the app for personal language learning only
• Do not attempt to extract harmful, illegal, or abusive content from the AI
• Do not misuse the service to harass, spam, or automate abusive requests
• Keep your account credentials secure

8. Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are auto-renewable and billed monthly at the price shown at purchase. iOS subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Web subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings or via the app profile page. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

CallMeDaily is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free AI responses, or specific learning outcomes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallMeDaily and its operators are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on AI-generated content, or data you choose to share during calls.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
